I know lots of nutritionists say that you're supposed to eat food in a variety of colors for optimal health, and last night I couldn't help but take a couple pictures of my dinner, because I think I had every color covered.
For dinner we had a stir-fry of sirloin steak, red/purple onion, orange bell peppers, (they're my absolute favorite, pretty sure I ate half of it before I even started cooking), some organic baby bella mushrooms, and fresh asparagus over rice.
And then for dessert I had fruit salad of strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, mango, fresh pineapple, and red grapes.
I should have thrown in some kiwi for some green! ;)
Who needs Skittles? The real stuff is WAY better!
