This Week
We've had a little bit of a rough week around here. I think Henry has hit his 3 month growth spurt, and my normally great napper issued a nap embargo. Unfortunately his night sleeping, which wasn't great to begin with, has also taken a hit. I do kind of like that he's being super clingy and cuddly, because normally he's just not a cuddly baby, he'd rather be doing stuff, but I'm a tad exhausted. I have a whole bunch of posts that I started last weekend and was going to finish up and schedule to post all this week, but I just haven't gotten to it. I also have a ton of emails to answer and I was going to work on responses to questions from this post, but they're going to have to wait. Since we've been at this no sleeping, lots of eating, fussiness for a few days, I'm hoping we're about done with it. If not, you might not hear from me again for a while! haha
Hope you all have a fantastic weekend! I seriously cannot believe that it's already Friday and that next weekend is Memorial Day weekend! I feel like I lost a whole month around the time Henry was born, and have never caught back up, I still think it's the beginning of May! ;) I'm going to need this year to take a chill and calm down just a little bit...

DeleteAll of you family pictures are beautiful but this weeks is the best! All three of you look so happy and filled with joy. You would never be able to tell by that picture that you guys were having a off week. You looks great too. You would never know you just had a baby.
ReplyDeleteThanks Liz! That picture was taken on Monday, the day before the craziness started, now it would look a LOT different! Yesterday I chose sleep over taking a shower and I'm not at all ashamed about it! lol ;)

Anyways, it's been fun following your posts as I was pregnant at same time as you! Our baby boy was born March 8th (our second boy!) and it's been neat seeing the progress of your little one and what you are going through. I swear your experiences are almost mirror image to mine right now, so it feels good to know someone else is in the same boat as me:)
